The location of Villas Xaiba was perfect, just a short walk to the best beach and great restaurants. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. We especially loved having a balcony, even though there were no chairs or tables. The laundry service was also quick and efficient.

The Wi-Fi was terrible and practically unusable. Plus, the noise level was just unbearable, especially on New Year's Eve, with people screaming and shouting until the early hours of the morning.
